Public school funding has changed dramatically in the last couple years as federal and state funding has significantly diminished. One way to ensure the financial stability of programs for students is a partnership between private donors and the District 112 Foundation. The foundation is the link that joins school program needs with the hopes of potential supporters. The District 112 Foundation supports four large areas.
1. Improving the lives of our students by taking care of our own
2. Activities in the classroom: music, fine arts, science and technology
3. School activities outside the classroom: athletics, academic competitions like Speech & Debate, Robotics, theater, etc.
4. Supporting classrooms of the future and flexible learning spaces
